Grayton Home

This East English Village property was purchased in May 2018, the seller was tired of dealing with the home and just wanted to be done, quickly. Fortunately the previous owner took very goof care of the home and it didn’t require many major repairs, but we still needed to add our touch to the home. We upgraded the kitchen, bathroom, added a 3rd bedroom and added a full bathroom to the basement. We also had to rebuild the garage which added value to the home and made it stand out among other properties in the area.

This Bagley project was purchased in Aug 2018,  seller was living out of state and after the tenant moved out decided to sell to us. The house needed many updates…we opened the kitchen, added a master bathroom suite,  and a half bath to the main floor. Nothing was left untouched on this property.
